HEATED OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL
For the use of residents only, the pool area is enclosed by a fence. It is heated during the summer season from Spring Bank Holiday until the first week of September. Access to the pool is via the steps at the shallow end. The shallow end has a depth of 3 feet, which gradually increases to a maximum of 6 feet 3 inches. Sun loungers and parasols are provided.

GAMES ROOM
The games room is located on the first floor, above reception. It has a pool table, small table football, selection of board games, puzzles, books and toys. Small TV and seating area.

GARDENS
The mature gardens are a mixture of grass, shrubs and flower beds. Whether you wish to relax, have a BBQ or play, there is space for all guests.

LAUNDRY
The laundry is equipped with a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer. There are also additional freezers for use by residents.

RECEPTION
Within the reception area you will find local information and a payphone for outgoing calls only.

COTS, HIGH CHAIRS, BEDGUARDS AND STAIR GATES.
These are all available on request at no extra charge.

TABLE TENNIS TABLE
Available for use outside during the summer months.

BBQ
Are available on request at no extra charge.

COURTYARD
The courtyard is a communal area with some seating and tables. Well lit and enclosed it provides access to four cottages.
