Short Breaks

Short Breaks are available from 31st December 2011 to 30th March 2012 & 20th October to 21st December 2012.
For prices, please see the table below:
At other times of the year, subject to availability and outside the peak season, short breaks with a minimum 3 nights stay may be available.

BOOKING NOTES:

Prices

All prices quoted in £ sterling. Bookings are secured by payment of 30% deposit.

Insurance

Cancellation Insurance is NOT included. We strongly recommend you take out your own Cancellation Insurance.

Electricity

Electricity readings are taken on arrival and departure. Please note the first £7.00 per week or pro rata is included in your booking fee.
Any further use is charged at unit cost.

Towels

Domestic towels are supplied by Bird's Farm free of any charge, but we kindly ask if you will be using the swimming pool, would you please supply your own bathing towels.

Dogs

A charge of £15 per week is charged for dogs (only one dog per cottage).
